For the Chinese New Year's Eve dinner, we had hot pot, two big crab and a couple of "traditional" new year's dishes, such as: "Fortune bags" - tofu pockets filled with pork, shrimp, scallops, vermichilli, a chestnut - tied by green onion - "decorated" by "Fat Choy" (be prosperous) and "Five Blessings for the New Year" (cold dishes)
