I ordered some bouboulettes (shortbread-like cookies) from Un Petit Morceau’s web site. They shipped it from Corrales, New Mexico (not from Deep Space 9 even though Nana Visitor, Major Kira from Deep Space 9, is responsible for the creation of these yummy bouboulettes) to Canada via USPS. I waited patiently for 7 business days. It was worth the wait!
The bouboulettes were well packaged with bubble wraps and cooling ice packs inside the cardboard box. So, the cookies arrived safely. Take a look at these delicious short-bread-like cookies:

- Chocolate Cherry Chipotle – this one is my favourite among the 4 flavours! This chocolate dipped cookie has subtle flavours of dried cherries and chipotle pepper. It's filled with a moist cherry center. OMG - it's fabulous!!!
- Ginger Rosemary – this bouboulette has a hint of rosemary. It's filled with a moist, sweet ginger center. It has course sugar crystals on top. Yum!
- Lavender Plum – this bouboulette has a blend of lavender and earl grey tea. It's filled with a rich plum center and glazed with white chocolate. It's my second favourite!
- Lemon Basil – this green bouboulette has a touch of fresh basil, with a moist lemon center. Very refreshing!
We had these bouboulettes before dinner tonight. It was such a sophisticated cookie experience. :-)
